Manassas, Virginia, February 19, 2016 – Chantilly Air announced today that the Company’s Maintenance team has been awarded the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) prestigious Diamond Award of Excellence for Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Training for the second consecutive year.
This award recognizes the company’s commitment to excellence and professionalism, as 100 percent of the company’s maintenance professionals were required to exceed the FAA’s training requirements to meet the award criteria.
Chantilly Air’s maintenance team services airframes and engines of most major turbine aircraft manufacturers including Bombardier Learjet, Cessna, Gulfstream, Falcon and Hawker Beechcraft, as well as piston and turbo-prop aircraft such as Piper, Twin Commander and King Air. In addition, Chantilly Air’s FAA 145 Repair Station performs other maintenance services and inspections at its Manassas Headquarters.
